A Foundation Built on Conviction

My path was never linear, and it certainly wasn't easy. Growing up in Florida, raised by my grandmother, I learned early that if you want something to work, you usually have to take it apart and fix it yourself. I was the kid who didn't just play with gadgets; I was building contraptions and modifying anything I could get my hands on.

That curiosity evolved into a small repair shop, but more importantly, it evolved into a role among my peers. They nicknamed me "Grandpa"—not because of my age, but because I was the one they came to for conflict resolution, emotional balance, and guidance when things got chaotic. That instinct—to be the stabilizer in the storm—became the blueprint for this firm.

Forged in the Crucible

The desire to serve something bigger than myself led me to enlist in the U.S. Marines at 17. This wasn't just a job; it was an education in the cost of silence. As a Utilities Chief and Operations Leader, I wasn’t just managing power grids; I was entrusted with the welfare of hundreds of personnel.

Leading multigenerational teams across Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and the Middle East taught me that leadership isn't about rank; it's about clarity. Whether coordinating with allies in the Pacific or building bonds with local militias in Jordan, I realized that operational friction is rarely mechanical—it is almost always human.

The Pivot & The Mission

Transitioning to civilian life was a cold water shock. I initially chased the scorecard of traditional success, serving as Vice President of a logistics company and driving revenues to $1.3 million. But when the global impacts of COVID-19 shook the industry, I learned the hardest lesson of business: Revenue hides problems, but crisis reveals them.

I took those hard-won lessons into the corporate defense sector, managing complex programs for giants like Amentum and Lockheed Martin. I became a "fixer," turning around underperforming programs by doing the one thing most executives fear: addressing the uncomfortable realities.

This is why Rigby Consulting exists. I realized that in every failing contract, there was a room full of people who knew what the problem was but were too afraid to say it. Silence is expensive. We built this firm to be the neutral middle layer that breaks that silence, realigns your teams, and unblocks your revenue.

The Long Game

Today, based in Southeast Asia and operating across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, we execute operational triage for high-stakes industries. But my vision extends beyond the current horizon.

Currently pursuing studies in Business Law at Arizona State University with a trajectory toward Stanford Law School, my goal is to master international trade law to facilitate the mergers and acquisitions that will define the next century—specifically in space industry, health regeneration, and quantum computing.

This path isn't a departure from where we started; it is the ultimate expression of our core value. Whether we are fixing a logistics chain today or structuring a deep-tech merger tomorrow, our promise remains the same: we stand beside you in the uncomfortable rooms, ensuring your legacy survives the friction of the real world.
